In order to deliver a simple, easy to navigate and an effective customer experience the Central Platform will be supported by TASMU App. The TASMU App will be the first point of contact and a key contact and consumption channel for all residents and visitors to Qatar for all of their smart city services needs. These services could range from getting around the city, to paying bills, interacting with government services, finding information, making hospital appointments, booking a session with their fitness instructor to managing their smart urban places, homes and offices as well as facilitating their lives in a sustainable and a productive fashion.
